Aaron M. Eichenbaum, CPA

Aaron began his career in public accounting 18 years ago. He has been engaged in various disciplines within the accounting profession; from auditing mid-sized companies to performing forensic accounting examinations and preparing complex tax returns. He serves a diverse range of businesses and individuals as a trusted advisor; assisting with their tax research, planning, and compliance needs. He also has extensive experience working with large and small not-for-profit organizations, manufacturers, professional practices, wholesalers, expatriate individuals, and persons in a variety of professions.
Aaron is also actively engaged in the greater Washington County community: he has served, and continues to serve, as the treasurer and president of various non-profit and civic organizations.
In his leisure, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage children; traveling, camping, fishing, exploring, and restoring classic vehicles.
Don M. Masters, CPA
Degree: BS in Accounting from Linfield College, and an MBA from University of Maryland

Licensed in Oregon and Arizona, Don specializes in a variety of solutions including tax planning, tax preparation, compilations, audits, and reviews. He uses his expertise to achieve his clients goals.
Lisa A. Graham, CPA
Degree: BS in Accounting from Western Washington University
Memberships: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA)
Lisa worked in private industry for two years at Georgia-Pacific Corporation before transitioning to public accounting with a Portland area CPA firm. When Graal and Karla started their respective practices, she transitioned with them and is a founding staff member. Lisa specializes in estates, trusts, and accounting services. These specialized services are rounded out with years of experience in individual and business taxation.
Thomas A. Cross, CPA
Degree: BS in Business Management from University of Oregon, Post-Baccalaureate degree in Accounting from Portland State University

Tom transitioned his career to public accounting after working 15 years as a PGA golf teaching professional. Tom has focused on working with closely held businesses in accounting, tax preparation and planning. He has a very strong foundation in individual income taxation and works on complex business tax returns.
Robert N. Atchison, CPA
Degree: BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Montana, Post-Baccalaureate degree in Accounting from Portland State University
Bob began his public accounting career after spending years as an export grain trader. He currently works seasonally preparing individual income tax returns and brings with him a light-hearted presence to the firm.
Staci K. Larson, CPA
Degree: BA in Accounting from Linfield College
Memberships: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA)
Staci began her career working in public accounting and then transitioned to working for the Oregon Department of Energy as a Finance Officer. She worked in private industry for several years, most recently as a Finance Director for a well-respected Healthcare and Hospice provider and has now circled back to public accounting. Her professional experience in private industry, government, and public accounting give her a wide breadth of experiences to draw from.

Lindsay B. Bateman, Bookkeeper
Degree: BA in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Brigham Young University-Idaho
Lindsay has spent much of her prior career working in the electronic information space for the healthcare sector. She also has worked as a Data Analyst and Freelance Writer. Her responsibilities include providing bookkeeping services to our clients and other office administration.
